This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage we use on Atrio.
These keep the service working. They include authentication/session cookies from Better Auth, security cookies, language, theme, sidebar and board preferences, and the cookie_consent_status value that remembers your analytics choice. These are not used for advertising.
With your consent, we use PostHog Cloud EU through our /atrio-intake proxy to understand product usage, page views, selected product events, and frontend errors. PostHog is configured with identified profiles only, no session replay, no surveys, no heatmaps, and no click autocapture.
If you reject analytics, PostHog does not store analytics cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. It may receive limited cookieless audience measurement using PostHog server-side daily hashing, without browser identifiers.
If you log in and accept analytics, we may identify your PostHog profile with your user ID, email, name, tenant, role, and product events. If you do not accept analytics, we do not call PostHog identify.
