Terms of Service

Our terms and conditions

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These terms explain the basic conditions for using Atrio, a platform for construction lead intake, first quote generation, CRM workflows, and related business tools.

Use of the service

You may use Atrio to manage construction leads, forms, budgets, catalogs, CRM stages, and related workflows for your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data, prices, margins, and criteria configured in your workspace.

Estimates and commercial decisions

Atrio can generate first estimates and qualification signals, but these outputs are not final legal or construction quotes unless your organization reviews and approves them. Final commercial decisions remain your responsibility.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping user accounts secure, assigning appropriate roles, and removing access when someone leaves your organization.

Data and integrations

If you import budgets, BC3 files, catalogs, customer information, or third-party data, you confirm that you have the right to use that information in Atrio.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Atrio reliable, but we may update, improve, pause, or change parts of the service as the product evolves.
